Point would have been okay if Livi and Aberdeen hadn’t both won. However they both did, so now we are in big trouble with regards to top six.
We will certainly need to beat Livi and Killie in Paisley and even then it might not be enough.

At the game with a load of fifers (Saints fans for the day) for my 50th so had quite a few pints and not talking much sense.
From my blurry vision : We’ve been really poor. Another goal lost with Taylor’s name written all over it. How can he get a game before Shaughnessy???it’s nuts.  He’s a shambles.
We have Gogic taking long throws when he’s the best bet to get a header in the box.(other than Shaughnessy). Get Taylor off for our captain who is a much better player, less of a bombscare  and goal threat. 
And Fletcher who’s finish was excellent to be fair has spent the rest of the game bossing Taylor and diving in a pathetic fashion. Pr**k. 
 

To the surprise of absolutely no one, Taylor sells a goal. Just took him 3 minutes this week.
Meanwhile, Joe Shaughnessy is on the bench.

Really sad news, he was the goalie when i started supporting Saints, between him and Money for our best keeper ever IMO. 64 isnt any age, RIP Billy.

Was a superb goalkeeper for probably the best St Mirren team in my lifetime, so sad...RIP Billy.

I feel sorry for Jim - he is a decent manager and more importantly a good guy.
Getting back to Jim's former team - that was a decent performance and a good three points today.
As usual it was a good team performance but I thought Strain, Kiltie, Greive and Main were a cut above the rest.

I don't think we'll play that badly again and win. For the most part it looked like were the team with the man down. In a way we were. Ayunga was WORSE than a man down.

A fantastic 3 points and deserved imho but we made some hard work out of that. 20 mins to go and Ayunga was absolutely knackered but kept on the pitch which was a mistake. He had no composure. Loads of running but easy chances missed and at one point we had a break of 3 on 1 and he f**ks up a simple pass. Kiltie was very impressive after coming on and Brophy should have been on a lot sooner. But O'Hara MoM and Aberdeen made a big mistake in letting Gallagher go when you look at the central defence they now have. And Jim having a wee greet on Radio Scotland. Delicious. PS Great crowd today.
