The point about money is that more teams have it and some have considerably more than Man U. In Fergies day Man U were at the top of the rich list by a considerable margin (for most of it). Maybe a fair bit of that was down to Fergie himself and his success, though. -

Personally, I think it's all ALBIONSAINT's fault. I also think he was responsible for the Crimean war and the extinction of the non-avian dinosaurs.
