My thoughts are I’ve never been to a game that has went to extra penalty and penalties 🤔

Does Seem a bit steep for fish & chips . In their defence , none of that frozen fish crap, all fish are caught fresh daily just below the Hammils . 🐟 

We hired one the year before covid hit & done 8 days across the western isles & West coast .   Amazing adventure , the freedom to roam & explore is great .
 
There are as with everything, a few down sides.
Remember, everywhere you go you have to take your Holiday / break accommodation with you.  Not brilliant if you just wanted to pop somewhere a few miles away for a quick visit.
Unless you’ve got experience of driving something transit size & up , maybe a wee test drive to see if it suits.

I agree with this.
Much as I think youth is the lifeblood of clubs such as ours, there’s no doubt that the “conveyor belt” of talent we have produced over the years doesn’t seem to be producing as many first team regulars under Robbo .
There are lots of promising youngsters but not many getting first team game time but as we are doing very well, playing some of the best football many have seen for some time & competing well against teams with budgets well above ours , how many would trade that for a team bringing through youngsters and us being a yo-yo club ? 
I think Robbo has a very clear idea of what works, if any youngsters are going to break into the first team and keep their place , they are going to have to be McGinn or Lambert class . 
 

I’ve made my views on VAR very clear in previous discussions & the events of yesterday simply strengthened my opposition to it .
As someone said, it’s the same clowns who are making the decisions but taking f**king ages to do it ……and in many cases , still getting it wrong .   
Im sure someone will come along and say they get “most calls”  correct but to have three or four officials watching multiple angles / replays / slo-mos and missing things like the penalty is unacceptable.
Two points stolen as a result of incompetence of a ref or linesman is bad enough, we can bemoan these things over a pint in the pub or online after the game but to have a whole team of officials f**king it up and having to pay extra for the privilege is galling. 

Extra cost to clubs, ridiculous delays and infuriating decisions - get VAR to f**k . 

Guy got interviewed on radio about the fact his flight home from his stag do in Spain has been delayed which meant he had to stay another night & he wasn’t happy as he doesn’t like flying. 
 
Here’s an idea ya f**king clown ……if you don’t like flying, don’t f**k off to Spain for yer stag do !!!

It's not VAR, it is the idiots who use it who are the problem.  Why did anyone think it would help when it is the same idiots deciding who have been cocking it up for years

The reason The Tavern closed was that the owner upped the rent for it to the extent it wasn't viable. The landlord of the pub have moved to a place in the India tyres complex. I only bring this up now because I saw some folk in the Braehead yesterday tidying things up. I don't know if it was just that or if they've found new tenants to take over. 

Tomorrow? I doubt he'll have much of an audience.  🙄
