We need a striker with a bit of pace now, surely. We have several youngsters with pace to play off the strikers. These guys know how to play defenders and create chances as well as finish them. Too Many times our good midfield work ends in a shot To nothing. This way we will have three handfuls to rotate and genuienly pressure defences again. Morgan, Mallan & Gallagher could all play off the striker, if needed. I think we would be better getting an out and out striker with a bit of pace and play Gallacher and Morgan out wide, where they look better suited. I would like to see someone younger on a long deal maybe take a chance on someone like Leighton macintosh of Peterhead at 6.1 and only 23 with a decent record he's worth a look at.
