Maybe after the surrounding area is rebuilt, but not just now. Then again, maybe that's the plan. Only plus side for offices that i can see would be the availability of parking as well as being handy for the M8

Being next door to a football stadium isn't much of an attraction either, with parking and traffic restrictions every match/ Maybe allowing office tennants a viewing area where they can entertain guests to watch matches - which would compete directly with the Corporate Hospitality that St Mirren currently run - might be deemed attractive. Don’t underestimate how positive and powerful trees can be. Wouldn’t be a very poplar idea. Aye and we cud build tree houses in them and rent them oot and if there big enuff mibees even fower. shull
Would be happier if it was called Westmarch or The Love Street Arena. Unfortunately, not got enough money to make it happen. Maybe we could Crowdfund.

Love Street Arena would be a bit of a daft name for a ground half a mile from Love Street.
djchapsticks
Looking at the ground and the wee things like this that go on around it, it's very well maintained. Look at some of the other 'new' grounds that are only 20-25 years old. Livingston's ground is a badly run down mess outside of it and even inside, the seats and stands need a lot of maintenance. Ditto for Airdire. Compare this to Hamilton and St. Johnstone's (now pushing 30 years old) grounds where the stands are kept in good nick with regular maintenance and it's good to see we're on that level rather than having a shiny new ground that is seemingly allowed to just fester away.
