Or better still , bide your time and fight for your place.
We are better off without him if this is how he conducts himself.

35 years old and has been out injured for the best part of 3 months. Big Kirk has not got that much football left in him I would think. We'll see how he gets on with Killie the next 18 months....

He was under contract with us until after his 37th birthday on, you assume, a very good deal. Maybe this will be a blessing disguise.

Another centre half would be handy though....

Goody will have seen him for Falkirk v Alloa. He's young and still improving and has been playing regularly so will be good to go.

Even if he was a month into a 3 year contract, McGinn still wouldn't be worth 200k. Some people live in cloud cuckoo land. As for Watt it would smack of a lazy signing and fly in the face of the "systems" we claim to be using (oh and he is pretty meh !)

Ah. In my opinion you can't interpret much from goals against Montrose, Forfar, QotS, etc. Obika could well score a barrel load against them on a nice Autumn evening.
Watt's league record for the Fakes was 22 starts, 7 subs, 3 goals. Pretty bad.

We're 6 points better off than we were this time last season.
You're right. It took until gameweek 28 for us to get as many points as we have now (gameweek 18).

Popescu has been a massive loss. Dinamo are the 3rd best team in their league since they started playing him in gameweek 7, he's racked up 5 clean sheets already.
He would have been a good investment.

Bottom line... the hard truth that quite a few choose to ignore, or even worse dispute... is that we are a very poorly run club!
Over three years since BtB and not one single new revenue stream has been created to bring funds into the club.
The current board have got by on transfer income from players signed & developed by the previous regime.
Kyle Magennis falls into that bracket too, but his stock will fall in an underwhelming team like ours.
This board are on their FIFTH manager in three years and that could soon be six..!

Isnt that the most telling fact that they cant get THEIR job right, so why should we, or they expect the people recruited by them to be any better?

It's a bit harder to achieve at a smaller club like ours given employee numbers, but their needs to be a clean line in responsibilities between the board and the team management. Having the chairman deciding who we are going to spaff money on because he doesn't trust who he has employed is madness, and repeating the same flawed process time after time.

And employing your mate to agree with you just sums up how little you know in running an effective organisation. Feck me how many years now have fans suffered a piss poor ticketing system?
Wouldn't you think that would have been a priority to sort to keep the tills ringing?
Nope.. more effort goes into selling out to sectarianism because that's easy, and it's a "Society Issue"...
Goody will be in an impossible position come the end of the month with some of his better (dont laugh) players moving on, and being stuck with the ones he knows aren't up to it.
Is it possible the likes of Oran might have wanted to take the Hladky money Qarabag were offering and invest it in 3 or 4 decent players?
You know like one of those £5 -£10k a week guaranteed goalscorers?
Instead we will likely be relegated, and Hladky will walk for nowt, or maybe a pittance in January.
We are a poorly run club...
What you are seeing on the pitch is the evidence of just how poorly run we are.

Well, we're at that time of the year aren't we? That part where the luck the manager of that season talks about in interviews never comes and the fans start to lose faith. Bring on the annual January recruitment dash.
Signs show we are slipping backwards. The 'solid defence' is not very solid without Broadfoot at all. Waters is probably League 1 level at very best - man down every week with him starting. Magennis and Andreu are the invisible men most week. McGinn has nobody playing within 15 yards of him and ends up passing backwards. Midfield non existent without Foley. What is the point of Obika? Can't jump, can't direct headers, bullied off the ball, runs into people... Mullen out wide is bonkers also - to be honest he blows very hot and cold and probably would be on the bench if we had a vastness of options.

Just about the worst performance I've ever seen. Couldn't even take a shy properly!
It was so bad and lacking in fight that you'd think something was wrong in the dressing room but I think it's more likely we are just well out of our depth in this league with these players.
We are also being set up defensively in many games. We were crying out for wingers tonight for Flynn and mcginn to pass to and there was nobody there. McAllister was our shining light at the end of last season and he cant get on the pitch.
Wrong team selection, wrong tactics, and a bunch of players who lack in skill, technique, physique and tonight lacked any sort of passion or fight.
The physique part was possibly the biggest factor tonight because very quickly our players realised they were getting muscled off the ball every time they tried to build a move then from there it just got worse and worse.

How can motherwell bring players like that boy Scott through. 19 years old, over 6ft tall and well built. Can use both feet and knows how to finish. We bring through a conveyor belt of midgets then sign more midgets.
