A sensory room can fulfill several purposes, and in our case would be aimed at anyone (adult or child) who is on the autistic spectrum, to provide a calm environment to watch a game. Lots of noise and crowded places are disturbing for those with autism so they cannot for example sit in the West stand without becoming distressed.

I really hope this initiative gets the go ahead.

There would be a data protection breach if it is classed as 2 separate parties/organisations. You cannot share details between one party and the other without the express consent of the individual who's details you hold and plan to share. This type of question was asked at last Smisa q&a regarding promoting Smisa membership through existing details held by club and gdpr laws were quoted for that as consent of those who's details the club hold would be required before they could pass to Smisa. Basically similar scenario. Also remember there are only circa 240 1877 members but circa 2,000 season ticket holders before you add in non st holders who may be a member and buy tickets as and when they choose.

If people do a bit of good I don't thin it is SO bad that they take a little credit, especially when they feel a bit dumped on (rightly or wrongly)
The fan zone is a great idea as long it is designed with our climate in mind

2 mins into extra time and we get a free kick in our own half. Everyone goes way up the park for Carson to hoof it straight up and out of play. Why were we not playing possession football with only a couple of mins to go? Joe should have taken the free kick and passed it back to Trevor who could roll it back out to Joe then back to Trevor. 45 seconds wasted and we still have possession. Instead we give them the ball. We don't have a clue how to see a game out and panic at every opportunity. We should have been winning that about 6-0 and yet we manage to commit football suicide. Again.
And I am so glad Dunne is leaving. Reckon it must be to a rugby club. And Tanser is hopeless. Our defensive left side if non existent - high priority for next season.

Any football club, be it fan owned or privately owned, needs to be led by good, competent, trustworthy and capable people at the top.
I'm not massively convinced we have that right now.

The fact that the board statement confirmed that they weren't aware until after the initial application merely confirms to me that Kibble have been in the wrong and it should be looked into. Whether there was any intentional "deviousness" is another matter - maybe they're just incompetent.

So, no, it's not settled, minimal or irrelevant.

This application if I understand the timelines from the information made public was submitted in June 2022 so very likely it was in planning phase a good while before that.
Given the location of the proposed centre and the inclusion of the charitable foundation in the application our football club board should have been made aware by Kibble of this request at the planning phase and certainly before the formal submission.
    Trust?
That is what has been clearly missing here since this wellness centre application was first considered by the Kibble and the council.
If this was all out in the open and the club board and charitable foundation had been involved from the beginning then this would surely have been a complete non-issue.
The initial submission was called “St Mirren Regeneration and Well-being Masterplan” yet no SMISA Elected club director apparently knew of the application at the time.
If the roles were reversed and SMISA or the Charitable foundation were to apply for government grant funding using “Kibble” in the application I think you would find the Kibble would not be very happy if they were kept in the dark.
Had this been out in the open from the start perhaps a successful outcome could have happened with the application and we could all be writing that the working relationship with Kibble was moving forward positively.
As it was the application appears to have been submitted with numerous errors.
I could understand errors made by Joe Public building a home extension with a planning application for a proposed building on land not yet purchased.
But this is an organisation that has dedicated staff and expertise in these type of grant applications.
It is very embarrassing for all parties that this has occurred.
Blame lies with all parties involved in this cluster fcuk.
    Kibble, Council, and club board.

I would hope SMiSA would conduct a survey of fans' opinions to present to the Board in which way to vote. Hope it is a resounding rejection of this proposal.

Not sure where you're getting this from, the consensus seems to be we have the best team we've had for years.
No form you say.............................short memory, focusing on the Killie game is very short sighted.

Don't get hung up on development fees. We'll only get what someone is willing to pay. No-one was willing to pay the full fee for the bargain that was John McGinn. We can ask for a fee but what we get is another matter. Jay is 21 and an age where he should be playing first team football. I can see Championship teams interested but only willing to pay a nominal fee, if that. Else he stays for another year and walks away for free.

I definitely think we need a game changer and pace is also essential... I trust in Robbo and although no one ever gets 100% right in their transfer policy, his strike rate absolutely stands up to scrutiny .
I believe with Main, the gaffer was able to extract chicken salad from chicken shit ... Good luck to the big fella but we desperately need something else as an attacking option

I'll assume you're talking about the poor performance against Kilmarnock as the previous 3 games we looked anything but a tired side.
I'd be wary of assuming we've "run out of steam" on the strength of ONE poor game.

We chose today for our worst Home performance of the season but that shouldn't detract from a great Home season. Reckon stage fright took over as we are miles better than that. We made it on merit after 33 games so something to celebrate.

We are above more than half the league after 33 games
First time this has ever been accomplished since the split was introduced
So, With that now established maybe you can now explain how  " we lost because we are not as good as we think we are "
    🤷🤷
Sounds like you are just posting bollocks, but happy for you to expand further???
