Would be nice to hear Tony Fitzpatrick's take on it.
He likes to tell us his stories of three or four sides of the ground packed with Saints fans and Champions League football.
The reality is we have St Mirren fans being refused tickets to the game, W7 having (inoffensive) banners taken off them, the club giving out supporter details to the police, and two ends of the ground taking part in bigoted and criminal chanting. This is the reality of Tony Fitzpatrick's management of the club. Time to stop giving the guy an easy ride in my opinion.

I can't understand why people are getting so upset over what he's saying. He's a football pundit, he's there to rile people.

Sutton is there for shock value. The very fact this thread was started and people are reacting proves BT sport were correct to employ him. The serious pundits that surround him mock him. We are giving him oxygen that his brain clearly doesn't require given how little he uses it.

I take him with a pinch of salt he is the controversial one picked by BT for that role.

One of which we won, and two of which were at Tynecastle and Ibrox. Indeed the only surprising result was losing at home to Livi, who are clearly quite good and beat Hibs today.
 
We also qualified from the league cup group stage for the first time.
 
I don’t know if Stubbs will be any good or not. To sack him now would be nothing short of bat shit crazy though.
 
If we are 11th or 12th at Christmas he should go. Until then, give him time.

Just watched a recording of today's Match from BBC Alba.
Wasn't great.
But not the worst St Mirren performance that I have ever seen.
Plenty worse than that , early 1970's, through the 1990's and the early 2000's.
The Transfer Window is shut.
We have our Squad.
Let Stubbs, Rice and Jackson get on with it.
Might just need one good performance to get some confidence.
At least, give them a go at it till December/January.
