Where did I say I wanted to fight you??? You have disagreed with a number of posters on here over last hour or so but as far as I can see you only told 1 to F*** off & a Knuckle Dragging Goon think was the expression you used I asked you to meet to repeat your insults not to fight.
It's actually ok to have a different opinion than someone else without the stupid insults I think Gordon Scott got lucky you don't that should have been the end of the story but when someone tells me to F*** off not going to let it pass.
Your move mate. -

I felt bad enough making some brutal decisions on FIFA 16 as I was raising Plymouth Argyle through the leagues
I can't imagine actually having to bring in a player who's given so much over the last 18 months and say to him "Cheers for everything, but you ain't staying". You'd feel like a right proper c**t.

ErskineSMFC reacted to Tommy in St Mirren V Morton 28th Oct
Main stand well full and with the away end busier than I thought I will increase my estimate of the crowd from.5000 to 5500. As top cat said hee haw happening although i would say our defence looked more comfy than their. They look a small team in height so don't fear when they get corners or free kicks around the box.

Long shot, I know, but does anyone have any spare tickets going for tomorrow? I'm looking for 2, my old man went down to the ground to get them while I was at work today, but got the wrong end of the stick, thought the office opened at 2 rather than closed at 2. Long story short, there's 2 buddies without tickets for the match, if anyone has any spares, could they let me know, cheers.

That's surprising given how much their fans on P&B go on about how well supported they are .

I've not posted on here for a while but just want to thank the people that have sent messages texts tweets etc for there support and even the guys that have posted on here. I have to say it was an honour to be asked by SMFC to take over the job. Both myself and Colin feel that way. The buzz you actually get at walking in the main entrance with a club tie on on a matchday is something you can't explain.
Saturday was our first game without phil who I have to thank. Obviously for the past 20 years but also for showing us how things run on a matchday for the previous 2 home games.
Looking forward we obviously want to enhance the matchday experience for supporters. And by next season hope to have a few new things in place.
On the volume issues that's something we will obviously look to address going forward. Although at half time on saturday there were cheerleaders doing a routine on the pitch. So for the girls to hear it had to be at that level.
Colin and myself are just 2 life long buddies kinda living out a childhood dream. But we both very much appreciate the feed back. Which I have to say was on the whole extremely positive as I mentioned before. Also speaking to people we've have had nothing but positive things said. We understand that we will never be able to please everyone. But hopefully we will for the majority of fans enhance the day.

Or alternatively he is saying that he never wants to have a squad lacking as much balance, skill and heart under his command again.............the situation that he inherited.

ErskineSMFC reacted to munoz in Back To Reality
Is this not the point others have been making ? It doesn't necessarily make them bad players though . They've been kept out of the team because the team were flying .

ErskineSMFC reacted to Sonny in Back To Reality
Etc ????????????? Who from McGinn, O'Brien, Eckersley, Stelios, Smith, Loy and Davis are in the Etc? THERE IS NO ETC.
And as for the 3 mentioned. Storie was signed as defensive midfield cover before McGinn offered his services. Todd had played in every Dumbarton game (a team ahead of us) before we signed him. Would I have these two guys before the likes of Hutton, Calum Gallagher, Tom Walsh - yes indeedy. Just because they are not playing regularly in a team on a run that is better than anything we have done for 15 years does not make them duds. And Fjelde is pretty well unproven, although he looked ok if not spectacular in his few appearances, so too early to judge - for most of us that is.
-
ErskineSMFC reacted to Callum Gilhooley in Back To Reality
Agree. Storie did a good job before McGinns arrival. Todd has done well when called upon ( but iirc isn't he only singed till end of season anyway ) Good squad player who might well be worth hanging on to. & Fjelde has also looked decent but given the form of players he is back up too ,always going to be difficult to judge with limited game time
Duds ? Don't think so.

I did that a couple of weeks ago for my own amusement. The image shows the points gap between us and the four other teams who have been involved, with the maximum gap highlighted.

ErskineSMFC reacted to div in Chairman's Update
Don't think we can forget those results either but it's clear there was something badly wrong in the dressing room those first few months of the season. We shouldn't have been losing as many games as we did. 4 pts from our first 14 games was absolutely diabolical.
Jack addressed the problem and looks like he's fixed it. He made some mistakes along the way too as I'd expect any rookie manager would do.
When I see someone like Brendan Rogers waxing away about his abilities as a manager and I see first hand how he's rebuilt not only the team (at a ridiculously difficult time of the season) but repaired the bridge between the supporters and the team, then I know we have a winner on our hands.
I've not been as excited by a Saints manager since Tom Hendrie.
In Jack I definitely trust, 100%
