I work for a living and then have some semblance of a social life outside of work so when I find 5 minutes to look through the forum I want to find out any new Saints news or stories and perhaps engage in a bit of debate about others opinions of the team performance, tactics etc. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but as soon as I see you joining a thread I know it's going to generate into the sort of tedious shite I don't have time to filter through to get to anything interesting.

On the one hand, he has/had talent, but never adequately realised it (albeit not as good a player as Riordan who should have been a Scotland regular).
On the other, he didn't f**k up in such spectacular style as Riordan. He just believed his own hype, and appeared to disappear up his own arse.

With Swanson signing for the fakes it's yet another indication as to how far we have fallen as a club. The board have chucked it and given up and it shows. Lack of ambition is killing us. All we can hope for is the club changing hands we can't be any worse off.

Similar to the first game with Dundee, simply no idea how we lost that. Better team throughout, created the most chances, scored a great goal... And still lost.
Dundee's first goal looked a mile offside from where I sit, which is at the other side of the ground. Obviously need to see it again for confirmation, but would be surprised if TV pictures conclude he was on. Second goal was a huge deflection after some free kick decisions went their way. Apart from that they created pretty much nothing.
We had a good few chances second half and two decent looking penalty claims, none of which were given.
Apparently refereeing decisions even themselves out over a season... Still waiting... Yep, seething.

I reckon we're going to be sitting 10th on Saturday night, which means our 1st home win of the season, but I don't think we will have our 1st clean sheet of the season, I'm predicting 3-1 to the good guys, Mallan, Arquin and a Goodwin screamer from 30 odd yards.

Neither side looking like they deserve to win, it's likely going to be a 1 goal sneak either way or extra time.
Highlights for us... Ball has linked up well a few times. Osbourne is a classy midfield enforcer and Cheesy and Goodwin have played well at the back.

Even if we win tonight, it'll still be hard for TC to be in a job after Celtic at home, Aberdeen away, St Johnstone away & ICT at home. 1 win in 10 is still completely dire & definitely sackable form.
He needs a win tonight and to pull another couple of unexpected wins out the bag over the next month. I'd be very (pleasantly) surprised if he could do that.
