antrin
“Phased delivery of ring-road redesign” by 2011. I must say, I know there have been by-passes and some town-centre roads do take you in never-ending circles, but I haven’t recognised a ring-road nor seen any evidence of “design”. I must say, I know there have been by-passes and some town-centre roads do take you in never-ending circles, but I haven’t recognised a ring-road nor seen any evidence of “design”.It also says it's to be completed by 2026.I've never seen any road signs for a ring road - you know the official ones as shown in the Highway Code.I don't really care what some up-themself civil servant or Councillor wants to call it, it ain't a ring road. Just because a collection of roads join up to ring something, it doesn't make them a ring road.
