bluto
I worry, though, that advertising champagne and even offering "a pay-bar facility" to these Dundonians might bring the structure and fabric of Scottish society to crash down, not to mention the bad influence it might have on weans... Bring back Prohibition. Democracy has to be seen to bow to the lowest common denominator. Or at least assume that Scottish football fans all behave like those of two Glasgow clubs. Luther G. Presley
Don't know why we're even entertaining this, after the way that club have treated us recently.
faraway saint
Don't know why we're even entertaining this, after the way that club have treated us recently. Erm, much needed cash? We, like most clubs, are in no position to turn down custom. The club get regularly slagged off, some deserved, some not, for not showing any initiative, this is making us money. TopCat
Don't know why we're even entertaining this, after the way that club have treated us recently. You think the club should be turning down hospitality bookings and therefore money from interested customers based on some football dispute? This is good news for Saints. We have a fantastic conference facility in the main stand and it's good to see it getting used more and more, thus generating more income for the club. Don't worry, they are YES voters over there. A more sensible bunch than the knuckle dragging hordes we need to worry about (Govan, Dumfries et al...) Tommy
Wonder if the reaction would have been the same if it was Celtic supporters who wanted to use the venue Anyway, get Goodwin to act as doorman to assist when they are leaving Maybe the club should removed any photos from 1987 or just play the cup final on the telly to really piss them off

Note to Commercial Dept - there is a Scotland international match with a 5pm kick off at Hampden on Sunday 29th March. Must be worth trying the same again for the Tartan Army/Tartan Clad Fannies? pozbaird
Jammy Arab basturts. A day out at St Mirren, but no game to actually watch. Why them Gilmour? Do something like this for your own fans. Edited February 19, 2015 by pozbaird
