All that would appear to tell me is that some fans don't care or value integrity, in the people who run the club, so long as we are doing okay on the pitch, I refuse to believe that. You can't be defamed if the accusation or statement has enough truth in it If it is untrue, you then have to prove the harm you have been done. Not always easy to quantify, the courts don't have enough time on their hands to rule on someone getting laughed at behind their back in the golf club.
