TsuMirren
With all the seething and nonsense around, I felt we could look at previous events to miss this cyber response. I'll start by chucking 5 up. 1. We signed Michael Conroy and his goals dried up. 2. Clunie was sacked. 3. Ferguson scored via Rangers and refused to celebrate. 4. Fitzy decided to gut half the squad. 5. Losing 7 to Raith.

class of 76-77
Jim Gardner. Possibly the single worst player that I've ever had the misfortune to see in the stripes.
shull
The goalscoring exploits of Jimmy Bone's nephew in a St Mirren jersey. I liked and felt sorry for wee Alex, he always gave 100%. Very unlucky lad. Elliot, on the other hand.

I liked and felt sorry for wee Alex, he always gave 100%. Very unlucky lad. Elliot, on the other hand. I had a chat about Alex with two Chelsea fans on a train to Newcastle. They were both from the Stirling area, one works with Jimmy, and by all accounts Alex's problem was the old sherbet.

Forgive me if I'm wrong as this happened long before I was born. But wasn't he binned as he was walking around openly tapping up our players and staff for Aberdeen as he had already agreed to go there? pod
I had a chat about Alex with two Chelsea fans on a train to Newcastle. They were both from the Stirling area, one works with Jimmy, and by all accounts Alex's problem was the old sherbet. Was quite partial to them myself....... Kendo
When Rangers were awarded a goal by referee Brian McGinlay in the semi final of the Scottish Cup replay at Hampden when the ball was cleared off the line. Not sure of the year but it was out of order. I think it happened really late in the game.
pozbaird
I wish the internet had been around when.... 1. Hammarby. 2. Alex Ferguson left. 3. The bib strip came out. 4. Jens Paeslack became 'a bit shifty'. 5. Rangers were awarded a semi final goal that never crossed the line. 6. Billy Abercromby was sent off four, five, six... one hundred times in one match. 7. Davie Hay was manager. 8. Frank McGarvey and Jimmy Bone did Ali v Frazier impersonations. 9. Billy Thompson let the ball through his legs at Dens. 10. Ruud Gullit was 'racially abused' at Love Street. 11. Motherwell kicked Fergie's Furies off the park in '77. 12. Fergie's Furies skated past the Arabs 4-1 in Adidas Sambas. 13. Fergie's Furies won the league at Dens. 14. Jimmy Bone announced his four, five, six... one hundred year plan. 15. Linda Lusardi and Sam Fox were on Page 3. It was wee Lex Richardson who quite clearly kept the ball from crossing the line, but McGinlay was happy to give the goal.

Something I reminded him of 25 years later at the airport while he was deep in conversation with Sandy Stewart !
