Thought we did really well at working ball left to right especially against nine men, without the quality last ball etc. Morias is so annoying does all the hard work then messes up. However got the goals required. A bit concerned in first half as County dominated us though that might be partly down to new manager bounce and lousy weather. Overall great result at difficult venue

Good match.
In total control of the game even when RC had 11 men on the pitch.
Durmus and Morias both played well and caused them all sorts of problems. Good skills and ball control and both prepared to shoot.
Bringing off Erwin and McAllister was absolutely the right call.
Defensively we were a bit slacker than normal and we had a few close shaves.
Overall we look a solid unit and we have every reason to believe we can beat Rangers again in midweek.
I said at the start of the season that we were as good as anyone outside the current top 4 and I've seen nothing to convince me that we are not good enough to be thinking about aiming at a finish of 5th place. We absolutely need to shut the door on any worries about relegation because that simply isn't happening this season.
Enjoy the ride folks. We've not experienced this sort of season in the top flight since the 1980s.

Easy to be critical sitting in the comfort of our homes - but the effort was there in huge quantities - just like the rain and wind.
It was also good to see Ryan Flynn come on for a few minutes at long last and for Dennis to get his first goal for the club.
Some on here won't be happy until we win the Champion's League!

No doubting it was a sore one, and made worse as I sitting next to the scumbags, but there's a saying,  "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" and that makes the good times even sweeter, did we not give them a good boot in the Haw Maws last week how sweet was that

See that attitude after we lost the equaliser? 
The refusal to let the heads drop or self pity to creep in or accept extra time as an outcome. So despite being outgunned, deciding to use the last few minutes of normal time to go for their throat.
That sort of attitude is what gets an entire fanbase onside whether you win or lose. Its never all been about winning or losing for us or we wouldn't be buds. You want a side who isn't scared and shows no respect. Our entire performance outwith the first 25 mins was great but the attitude from the 89th - 95th minute last night, at a point where they should have had their heads down and feel sorry for themselves was just incredible.

I thought I’d just quote this. Not as an example of complete f**king idiots who haven’t got a clue what they’re on about, but as an example of the power of extremely clever reverse psychology.

Had to take a wee hour to myself after that.
First half I was bemoaning the gulf in class between them and us. We were making silly mistakes and they totally dominated other than a few wee flurries by us. Thought we were very fortunate to be level and feared for the second half.
Well fair f**king play. What a second half. Did a great job of nullifying their best players as well as massively improving ourselves. For the first time ever I genuinely didn’t think they would get an equaliser and was f**kin spewin when they got it.
But instead of collectively keechin our drawers like we normally would, we got right back on the front foot, created some chances and got a well deserved goal:

Supporting St Mirren is a form of Art. Sometimes you will simply not understand what is right in front of you but other times you are able to appreciate the beauty that suddenly strikes you as if you have just gained your sight.

A night when you realise why you love a Soddy team. Just doesn’t get any sweeter. What a second half after getting the run around in the first without them really breaking through. Rode our luck at times but we are so much better than two months ago

Yeah most of us do - its like a sickness somedays, but on nights like this it is gloriously brilliant !

These rants are ungrounded ... as soon as our last minute call off against accies happened we knew there would be consequences... begging the question why do we have so many cases..... answer is clear... we didnt follow guidelines and put people at risk.... lucky we got away 6 points and didnt get Nicolas red card..... goodys hard luck story this season is making us out as victims ....when in fact we are presently just not good enough to finish off chances...
