Brilliant 1st half. 2nd half was poor but SR will say its game management. Watt was cool as a cucumber for his goal. Probably should give Gogic Man of the Match but I'm not. Going give it to big Joe. Superb from start to finish. Not one Saints fan can understand why in certain games when we were short of CBs SR never played him. Great servant for the club. Coys

We are a far more physical side than Livi, we have a worse disciplinary record than them this season. Indeed I'd say we are far and away the most direct and physical team in the league.

Can you imagine the outcry from the press if Kate Forbes had won and brought in her wee free church members for prayers in Bute house. They also conveniently over looked that it’s all male prayers.

There's more aggro between Walker and Boyd than there is on the park and thankfully Boyd did not even play for St Mirren.
Walker is showing his biased prejudice.

We now have 7 ex Motherwell players in our squad + their ex manager + their former assistant manager.
If it wasn't for injuries we could have played all 7 players tonight.
So long as those playing don't feel too sorry for the sad plight their former club is in at the present time.

On this form there is not a lot that separates us from Celtic.
If we could play like this every week, we could be in 3rd or 4th place by the end of the season.

Didn't deserve that score line. We were well in it until the penalty. Carter Vickers should have been off at 1-0 when he hauled Mane back just outside the penalty box. IF it was a penalty, and it was hard to tell at the game, then how can they say it was deliberate hand ball after taking so long to ascertain it was such? FCUK VAR! We went toe to toe with Celtic for 75 minutes. Such a shame we ended up with such a disparaging score against us.

Warrior Saint we were well in the game for 75 minutes to say we got absolutely rinsed is a nonsense if you think that would have ended 5-1 without the Ref giving them a hand you are kidding  yourself.
