Actually impressed with Brian Rice's attitude , he had every opportunity to make a big deal and rant and rave , but actually defused the situation . He had the best view , and any sensible compliance officer should take note .

I would take him back.. No question and build a solid and experienced defence. Give our forwards service and, my feeling is, they will score goals.

Each of us have different views on this issue. We clearly differ. I can't be any clearer.
I deplore the sectarianism acted out by both sets of these clubs fans (or at least a number of them), 
I haven't and won't let this deter me from going along to watch my team at home and personally would encourage our fans to turn up, show decent behaviour, noisily support our team and hopefully watch us take a point or points off these clubs. 
I suspect that we do get cash because Killie and Aberdeen played in Europe and I'll happily take that.

I'd steer well clear. He's not that good and brings more baggage than a carousel at Glasgow Airport. Don't want his type disrupting team harmony.

If we were to be able to add a couple of players I would go for a striker and Popescu . Would set us up well for a top 6 challenge .

Just watched back the goal from the game and was impressed with the late run into the box Durmus made today to score. The goal and the runs beyond Obika reminded me of what we saw regularly from Andy Dorman.

It sounds like that is the end of our summer transfer business.
How do think we look?
Overall I would say fair play to Gus & Jim. We have brought in a decent standard of player and got a few on 2 or 3 year deals. It is a shame we weren't ready for the League Cup but hopefully next season there won't be a repeat.
Looking at the squad I would say;
GK - Very strong, Vaclav is one of the best in the league.
Def - Weak. Baird & MacKenzie as a centre back pairing at this level concerns me, hopefully we won't need to call on that. Waters looks a decent signing but is inexperienced. We lack depth, and will be playing Cammy MacPherson in the emergency full back role when required. Erhanon's days as a full back are hopefully over. Please somehow bring back Popescu!
Mid - Looks strong. Durmus & McAllister as wingers is really exciting, looking forward to seeing Flynn, Foley and Andreu against Aberdeen. Looks like we have lots of energy in there and should be able to hit teams on the break. 
Attack - Hopefully strong! I think Obika might do well, and Danny Mullen showed what he can do at the end of last season. Very underated player. Cooke is there as back-up.
Everyone seems to be set up for a relegation battle given our recent experiences but I think we should do ok. My concern is that back line, but I assume we will be sitting back and looking to counter so players like Foley and Flynn will be able to offer some form of shield, and we won't have too many balls going over Baird/MacKenzie.
We should finish above Livingston, Hamilton and St Johnstone.
Bring back Popescu and we could push higher up the table!

I'll be whooping in the 35th minute .

I think with Sunday being the first "proper" home game of the season it would be fitting for us all to remember Fiona McCaskill who passed away in the summer, aged just 35.
One of our own, and a big personality at games who was always heard!
So, as the clock ticks over into the 35th minute can I ask anyone who is willing to stand and applaud (and maybe even the odd Whoop!) for a minute to remember her?
League rules mean the club isn't allowed to promote this so we need to do it among ourselves to ensure the offline and online supporters know it's happening.
Appreciate if you could help spread the word to your fellow buds if you agree this would be a fitting way to remember Fiona.
