Crafty bump to pay dues to Cammy Smith. Quietly one of our most influential players. Doesn't attract the plaudits of Morgan or Reilly, but he is a f**king magic player.

Baird has seen his game improved massively this season and has had to partner numerous players. It' a testament to him that he is a first pick. I still think we could do with another forward, a player with dig in the middle of the park and perhaps a right sided player with pace. 

I have no problem with Duffy leaving. We are fortunate enough to have a 20 goal striker. Freeing up a wage or part of a wage to strengthen other areas makes sense. We need players who are capable of improving an already good side and I didn't class Duffy as one of those.

Have to say I'm not impressed we are trying to move Sutton on. In terms of ability he is one of the best target men around this division and gives you different options. I reckon this is a wage thing and nothing else.

We are in prime position to attract players to the club. Top of the league, top manager, no debt and reputation of improving players. Most players would want a slice of that. Ross will be able to pick and choose from who is available. I would only sign someone who can hit the ground running and walk into the side.

I think Loy had his chance that boat has sailed. We need on form players with quality to keep us top of the league. We will have money to spend on wages and wirh more players leaving or remaining on loan we have additional funds.
