If i had bought a season ticket i would be asking for a refund if this was the standard of player Saints were looking to sign....a truly awful footballer who offered absolutely nothing..might have scored one goal but christ he was bad..no pace, can't read the game, can't tackle, can't shoot..offers absolutely nothing...we never scored goals till he was substituted in games...think there was a game where in 17 minutes he touched ball once..garbage...

Lyons was not a standout for me and I am hopeful we could do better. He did contribute but not nearly enough. 

You reckon Corbu may be an option now that Hodson is now away? Thought he looked pretty good for all i seen of him. I am not sure how versatile he is right enough. Can he fill more than right-back if required?
There will be players announced very soon. It's all about the window opening, players contracts expiring and negotiations in general whilst players are on holiday. I'd like to think we will have some business done within the next few weeks.

Surely worth asking Vaclav and Mihai if there was anyone in the Czech/Romanian leagues who could do a job for us, if we know their contracts are running down.

Not overly fussed about Muzek, hard to say what his best position is. Positionally struggles at left back and has been caught out a couple of times and don’t think he excelled to much in the back three.

He's been a very solid turn for me. Every bit as good as guys like Travner, Tesselaar and better than Franco Miranda.

Hardie only scores against us.

Plus he's been injury prone of late.
