Pretty sure people that have put their money in are entitled to feel aggrieved at how it’s being managed and therefore subsequently cancel their £12 DD.

We find ourselves in a situation where money that was ring fenced for the sole purpose of purchasing shares and nothing other than the purchase of shares is now being eaten up to pay for a new surface at Ralston, I personally feel this should be at the clubs expense and not the fans. Hence why people feel the need to pull the plug.

I still pay my £12 but have been seriously considering cancelling. Frustrated at the fact every single quarterly spend gets thrown away at a handful pointless projects.

Understandably this has all been put through via a democratic vote but frustrated nonetheless.

......and my point is that being left sat in the bank is exactly where that 50k should be. At the very, very least, the question asked should have been ‘Do you agree in principle for these funds to be used for other purposes, those purposes will be put to the members to vote yes or no as they see fit’.
The whole thing was deliberately skewed. To think that even before asking members if it was OK to dip into their momey, the club, SMiSA, and one must assume, Jack Ross, had all discussed behind closed doors a specific item that they wanted it for?
You’re disappointed I withdrew from the scheme, and I’m disapponted that you think I’m bonkers for feeling the way I did.
Let’s call it a 1-1 draw then and decide it on yellow cards. You go Senegal and I’ll go Japan.

Ach well, you can't please all the people all the time.
Some folks will always look for something to whine about.
Racism is totally unacceptable, however, and if this lad is racist in any way, shape, or form whilst at our club, then he should be unceremoniously booted out on his arse.
He is still young, though, and whilst that is no excuse, it is to be hoped that he has learned from the rebuke and awareness input he received.
As for the general attitude on the part of some on here who seem keen to write off our latest acquisitions before they have even featured, it is pretty typical of a section of our support. I'm looking forward to seeing how they do. I hope they are ambitious and committed, and would rather see them getting a chance with us than the likes of Stokes and Miller.

Let's assume this guy turns out to be decent, I think it's precisely the kind of transfer that we all hoped Stubbs would bring to the table. Rated young English lad on a long contract that we might be able to sell on for a profit if he does well.
I, for one, welcome this approach.

Miller would be a good bit of business depending on him not taking too much out the budget.

We still have a fairly young squad and having someone with that experience and mentality is exactly what we need.

Can't say I'm too disappointed. Players nowadays believe that they hold all the cards.
Despite his claims about his baby delaying his decision, I don't buy it. He's tried to be a bit cute by hedging his bets on other offers and dithered too long. He'll get another club without an issue but that's not the point, he can't moan about a contract offer being removed that was on the table for about 6 weeks.

I’d rather have meaningless games than shite, boring games, which is exactly what you end up with by the time you’ve played the same team 4 fecking times!

On the Subject of Jackson, I'm happy to reserve judgement. It would be harsh to judge a coach on a club's overall performance when the guy at the top wasn't up to much. There would have been no shortage of coaches who'd have been delighted to come in to a newly promoted club with a talented young squad, it's not a hard sell. To me, that means Stubbs would have had plenty of options and decided Jackson's the best man for the job.
    Welcome to the Buddies Darren.

Probably should’ve but he laid the foundation for what Lennon has achieved, the club as a whole have really kicked on since they got the Scottish Cup monkey of their back. He achieved that.

The Championship is a notoriously ruthless league, no team has a god given right to win it. Too many teams come down and expect to waltz back up, ourselves included.
