If Craig is appointed then it has to be assumed there has been a clamour from within for him to be retained. It might look uninspiring to us but if the players feel he's the man for the job then maybe it's no bad thing. It all seems very contrived though which leaves a bad taste in the mouth. One big plus if it is Craig is continuity. No time lost getting a squad together for the new season and every chance he already has some signings at least in mind if not lined up already.

It won't be as busy as the Thistle match, so probably a sit where you like scenario. It is a big, soulless stadium with about as much life as an octogenarian's tit, as it is seldom more that a quarter full.

Hearts have done brilliantly this season under a string of handicaps. Only the 15 point penalty has prevented a team made up mainly of kids staying up. Their manager and their supporters actually deserve praise rather than humiliation. And we should thank them for continuing to dig in after their relegation eas confirmed because their recent form is the only reason we are safe with two games to spare.
Thanks Hearts, here's hoping you manage to humiliate the blue-noses next season and return as champions..

Johnny Hayes should hand over his goal of the season trophy to Greg Wylde. That was an absolute peach today. Great win and some real great individual performances from us. Wish I could make the Killie game.

My views on the manager haven't changed but I think the time to review the season is once it's finished.
We have momentum on the pitch, the fans and the players are together, that's the most important thing right now.

Only a fool would play Dilo ahead of a fit Kello during a tight relegation battle like this.
You need a commanding keeper who will fill his defence with confidence for games like this and Dilo is nowhere near ready. Hopefully Kello gets fit soon and comes back in to the team.

I'm not sure I agree with that.
We've played some smashing football at times, participated in some truly excellent games, have a great, vocal, travelling support, a nice tidy stadium for away fans to visit and, most importantly, have survived within our means which, I'm almost certain, several other top flight outfits wish they had done instead of spunking millions chasing top six or European football against some Moldovan part timers.
That doesn't mean we don't deserve to be exactly where we are though.

We should sign pistorius at least he shoots on sight......
