Phil McCracken
Even of this game was being played in my back garden, I wouldn't bother opening the curtains to watch it.

faraway saint
It'll all click into place, 5-0 and we'll start a long unbeaten run. Then again ...............
TopCat
If we don't progress his position is well on the way to untenable. I don't care how we do it. We NEED to be in that 3rd round draw.
davidg
This is a bonus game for the club as it's a home tie so can't understand why it's £15 for an adult, maximum should have been £10 and £5 for oap and students, I don't have a season ticket but I will be paying £25 on Saturday for me and the boy so can't afford another £20 on Tuesday for this, the club are pricing fans out of supporting the team It's not a bonus at all and both clubs need to agree on the ticket prices. Drew
They've changed it to Wednesday night. So I've heard. So, no excuses. After today, I feel I don't need any excuses not to go.

TopCat
I'm backing Tommy till Tuesday night. If we lose consecutive home games to Accies, Dundee and Dunfermline... He should... I posted a bit there and deleted it. Fill in the blanks for yourself.

shull
It will all come good. Very promising today. Unlucky not to win by a barrowload. The Pars will be despatched . Stick with T.C. T.C.

whydowebother
This is a huge game for the football club. Saturday was described as 'must win' by some, it wasn't. This is.If we lose this & to United , then that would be an awful start & stat.As that won't happen however , roll on the next game
insaintee
Not sure what to make of it. I can't really remember when I last saw St Mirren dominate a game as much as they did against Dundee. And they still lost. Maybe a good result against the Dung will kick start the season. On the other hand?
Bud the Baker
At home to a lower league team in the cup - must win! Time to kick-start the season, any which we can - the result is 379 times more important than the performance!

Rabinho
This game can kick start the season, put 3 or more past the Pars, keep a clean sheet and the season is off and running. I don't want to think about losing.
