Rangers have 18 or 19 defenders and the same again for midfielders and 7 or 8 forwards... no wonder they are struggling to meet their payroll. He has waited as long as he could to pay, possibly a factor in the sale of Lewis Macleod seeing as they were about to go bust again and would take money from anyone/anywhere.
