Off to Slessor Gardens Dundee tomorrow to see James supported by Razorlight

Weather looks to be ok for an outdoor gig Staying in Broughty Ferry as Dundee is a shitehole

Weather, as predicted, is as good as you could have hoped.

A brilliant night here in Arbroath, only You Tube music for me, enjoy. :thumbs2

The wonderful Jill Jackson supported brilliantly by Amy Papiransky at St Luke's on Friday night.

It was a celebration of an old album Back To Zero, with funds being raised for the British Heart Foundation.

I've lost count of the number of times I have seen the Paisley singer perform, but this was as good as I've ever seen her.

I have had Amy's music for a couple of years too, but this was my first chance to see her live.

A great set and the perfect support. Look out for her.

Last week, I saw Edinburgh singer Adam Holmes in Websters.

On Wednesday there, it was Liverpudlian Robert Vincent in Websters supported by Roseanne Reid.

Two absolutely fantastic gigs.

Last night, however, was the cream of the crop...

Matt McGinn in Coatbridge.

No... Not the Jeely Piece Song singer... He's pan breid.

Irish Matt McGinn is a superb artist. Great songs, craic, guitar playing and entertainment.

I saw DB in Aberdeen many years ago (90s) and it was one of best gigs I’ve been to!!!

I love them too.

But last night they really failed to impress me.

Mind you... I was 10 minutes away in the Argyle and Cellar bar watching the wonderful Irish singer Brigid O'Neill.

😎😂😜

I did hear from a friend who was there that Deacon Blue were in top form though. 👏👏👏

We had tickets to see them in Aberdeen last night but, due to unforseen circumstances, couldn't go and had to sell them.

Went like hotcakes, had 6 serious enquiries within minutes of advertising them.
