Swiss_Saint Posted May 18, 2024 Report Posted May 18, 2024 Great ball initially, brilliant run from Toyosii to get the penalty and well struck from O'Hara, great team goal Quote
Qarsaan Posted May 18, 2024 Report Posted May 18, 2024 Why was the Celtic defender not shown a card at the penalty? Quote
HSS Posted May 18, 2024 Report Posted May 18, 2024 Just now, elvis said: Should be 3-2 celtic Should it?Why? Quote
HSS Posted May 18, 2024 Report Posted May 18, 2024 Had to change channels as commentators so biased Quote

elvis Posted May 18, 2024 Report Posted May 18, 2024 The manager really needs to do something about that non defence for next season. Quote

StanleySaint Posted May 18, 2024 Report Posted May 18, 2024 3-2 Flynn sold a dummy by the pass and Strain sleeping at the back post. Disappointing given how well we've played. Quote
Qarsaan Posted May 18, 2024 Report Posted May 18, 2024 Away from home against the best team in the country, defeat to a crappy last few minutes' goal. Could be worse. Quote

Balmullo Bud Posted May 18, 2024 Report Posted May 18, 2024 Not a second of injury time with hunners of subs and stoppages. If we had nicked a goal at the death like they did would the ref had blown on 90?? Deadrubber, so who cares really? Been a great season 🖤🤍 Quote

guinness Posted May 18, 2024 Report Posted May 18, 2024 Quite an enjoyable match. Amazed though none of you have mentioned the blatant penalty when Mandro n almost had his shirt ripped off at 2-2. Did they manage to miss that on the television? Quote
stlucifer Posted May 18, 2024 Report Posted May 18, 2024 I enjoyed that game, well, apart from the result. It wasn't your typical end of season affair. As others have pointed out. We could have had another penalty. I haven't seen it back so I might be being overcritical, but I thought O'Hara, who was excellent, should have done better with the one that hit the post. If that went in I wonder who was the last opposition player to score a hat trick on their patch. I think Jamieson should have done better when Strain sent a wonderful cross in. The goals we lost were very poor. My grandson and I thought we would find it more difficult when we subbed Boyd Munce for Flynn. A great servant but, with Celtic just bringing on the pacey Paulo Bernardo, he was always going to be too slow to cope with the celtic players left on the park. Quote
