Not a good performance in poor conditions and on a poor pitch, but better teams than us have took nothing there this season, Dundee United twice, and Falkirk, so a draw it is, we take it and move on, we have a few weeks now to gel before our biggest game in years against Ayr, our priority now, SURELY must be to find our best defensive formation and players and to stick with it for the rest of the season, weve been chopping and changing the defence week in week out all season, no wonder were leaking goals every game, a good defensive team play the same players every week in the same positions, so did moving Irvine to right back improve his performance not for me it didn't, the 2nd goal he should have won the ball [a defenders ball all day long] headed it clear, but he didn't he then fell on his arse played the lad onside, then defended like a big lassie, that's not good enough, he just disna do it for me am afraid, but your in charge Jack its your call,  so find your best defence and leave them to it, or were kissing this league bye bye

Good call to put Clarkson up front.
He's a quality striker and has just been unlucky so far.
He nearly hit the post earlier in the season.
I can see this working out.

I believe that whether or not a Captain's role is important is down to the player that has it.
While its true that a leader doesn't have to be a Captain - I think it will help us in the current situation where the whole team knows the player that they need to look to for leadership. Until now they would likely be looking at the holder of the armband with some amount of confusion. I think this is a good call by Jack.
No matter where you stand on Jack Ross as manager (I was 'meh' when he was appointed but will support him as long as he is in place) - it should be a matter of agreement that he is not hiding and is making the big calls where decisions are needed. Good for you JR! 

I appreciate you've been following the team for a long time but this post is riddled with inaccuracies. 
Going on form, I agree it's highly unlikely we will catch anyone but Ayr but to say it's impossible is nonsense . there are still 42 points to play for. If this new squad can win half of our remaining 14 matches (lets take today as a fresh slate for the rest of the season) the likelihood is that well be at least 9th. Raith Rovers are in total free fall and to suggest that its impossible to catch them is defeatist to say the least. 
Today and Ayr are must wins though. No room for compromise now in that regard. 4 wins in February across 3 competitions will both gel the squad and boost belief.

everyone was up for getting the job done and getting the 3 points

My family used it 3 times, 50th, 80th, and  engagement parties, will use it again great venue,, speak to Campbell Kennedy, they can partition the venue to suit, its not cheap, but your loaded anyway

If this type of openness with the fans is not a good advert for the new model of running the club then I really don't know what more can be done. Yes some will complain about Div being in the know and others not being but this quality of input coming directly from the club makes a massive difference in keeping the fans engaged and pulling in the same direction.
