Can recommend Paul McLanachan (PM Gas & Heating Services). Fitted a new Worcester Boiler, which needed some re-plumbing, removed the hot water tank, and raised the flue to current height standard, all for £1730 (got some cashback from some Energy Efficiency scheme on top of that). 5 Year Warranty on the boiler. Has done some other work for me since (replacing Gas Hob, fitting new radiators) and been happy each time with price and service. will PM with details.

Played Millport in the days after the 1987 cup win too... I was there, because we'd just moved there.

That should stand us in good stead then.
McInnes. "So Kenny. What sort of tactics do you expect Saints to employ? Where's their threat? Who is liable to take responsibility in midfield? Where do yu think the goals will come from?
McLean. "Well boss. They'll probably give the ball to,.... eh,.... was me. I think their threat is probably,.... eh,.... was me. In the midfield I think it will likely be, eh,.... hmmmmm,... let me see,..... was me. As for the goalscorer. Well their top scorer is,... erm,... hmmmm,.. let me see. It's on the tip of my tongue...... I'm trying top remember what the crowd shouted. Ahhhhh! king Kenny. Wait a minute. That was me.
Their gaolie is called Mark I think!"
    "Hope that helped boss."

Toatlly agree, was positive and seemed to really appreciate being here.
Perhaps he should be considered for some role in SPFL where he could talk the overall league up as well.

Kenny goes with my best wishes, we've had an extra 6 months more than we could have reasonably expected (and much needed due to the errors of the summer). He'll go on to be a huge player for Aberdeen before getting a bigger move elsewhere. He's kept us in a fight that realistically we should have been left behind in weeks ago.
Yes, we've been shown to be naive in the contract situation and may have been better served calling his bluff in the summer and freezing him out of the game and taking the same fee in development but without the wages being spent and we could've shopped for other players outside of the bargain basement, but it's a lesson learned.
The negotiations with McGinn need to be better handled than this going forwards, and equally with any of our youngsters we need to make sure that we don't get into this position again. This probably means that we need to accept fees for players when they are age 20 or 21.
For what it's worth I think this could be a good starting point for future sale as we now have a benchmark to start at. Every other club that has been selling players over the past seasons has managed to incrementally increase the value of fees received, but all had to start reasonably low.

I'd echo Jim at JR Volkswagen too. Taken my cars there for the last 10 years or so, never had any issue with quality of work and always felt he was genuine and only suggested what was required. He obviously specialises in VWs but did work on my ex's Mazda and Renault in the past too

My plan is to join over the next few days, but might be worthwhile having some presence outside the ground over the next couple of games.

I actually think that the fact we've battled, and came away with the points, coupled with feeling agrieved again at referees, might stand us in good stead for this. The young lads seem to be galvanised and enthusiastic under Teale and Longwell so it's as good a chance as any to beat Utd.

Bit of a swap deal, quarter of a million for McGinn, and Porter on an 18 month or longer deal and I'd take that.
