Tommy
Just finish reading Craig Whyte book called, Into The Bear Pit. It certainly was an interesting read regardless the level of truth in it. How he conduct his business affairs to avoid paying tax was an eye opener to me. His best line was, Don't spend your own money, but use someone else when buying a business Basically everybody in the book was shafting somebody if it is to be believed. cambiebud
How come Sevco are able to buy a player for £3million while deferring wages for their entire squad? Given they said that they needed £10 million to complete last season, how is this possible?

It’ll be (if it occurs) like the Ryan Kent deal. that transfer fee is still an unpaid debt hanging over sevco. from what little I’ve read the Hagi thing is the most difficult deal that Genkt has tried to wrangle through. Something to do with a variety of sources of funding, (with a background setting up of guarantors for the sources), different dates of payment And a mountain of paperwork. it IS impressive for a broke organisation. sadly, I also note that Accies, like sevco, has alSo now been officially given a “notice of going concern” by its auditors. Accies due to cv19ks impact, not for being fraudsters.

antrin
I have read that it is “close to a million”. But if you want to impress those who might buy season tickets, then I guess I would be pitching it at -“at least £5m.”
