JJ McG
Play like we did against Hamilton and we'll get humped. Harkins to score is a cert. Hopefully we have some experience in the squad for this 1.

BaldyOzBud
with such a young team, and with the lack of consistency that goes with all of that, I expect an outstanding performance with a rousing 3-1 win where Gowser scores and refuses to celebrate while Harkins is sent off for trying to cut the legend that is Goody in half and failing miserably

TopCat
then.... There is still 35 games to go on what will still be a good season If we lost 3 out of 3 of our opening games, and 2 of them were at home against newly promoted sides, it's a long way back. The fixtures only get harder after this one. I don't think we will lose though.

They both have much bigger supports that we do, home and away. By your reckoning Paisley shouldn't have a team. davidg
Stats from the last time both Dundee clubs were in the top league. The Dundee teams averaged 620 fans in visits to Paisley. St Mirren averaged 509 fans in Dundee.

davidg
Ball park, 20% more than we take.To be fair, one of our away visits was midweek so not a fair reflection. The Saturday visits averaged 624, so pretty similar. Dundee had 975 in one of their visits, hardly a terrible support. Both teams average 8,300 (Utd) and 7,000 at home, pretty reasonable for teams sharing a city. We averaged 3,600, suffer badly from being close to Glasgow right enough. pappas cheese
Agreed. 1 each. Harkins with the inevitable goal against, then thommohawk with a late equaliser. 4444 in attendance.
leolovesstmfc
If we have Thomo back and we play well we may just sneak it 2-1! 2 new players might help Adam Drury and a central defender would help! 3 games into the season and this is a must win or we are in trouble. .. Sergie's no1 fan
Goodwin going head to head ( hopefully not literally) with McGowan on Saturday will be brilliant to watch. Can see another red card being shown. If Thompson isn't fit enough to start I'd like to see Caldwell get a chance. Looks like he has something about him, good movement and pace. Ball not so much, didn't win many headers against Accies either. The fans need to stick with the team, this is going to be a tough game. Harkins and McGowan will be right up for this, Accies out fought us last week, we can't let Dundee come to Paisley and do the same. I'll go 2-1 Saints. McLean and Marwood scoring, Gowser to score for Dundee.
