I'd sell them our current all seated souless stadium with car parking facilities as long as we can move back to Love St.

We have been in this new stadium for nearly 5 years and it still feels like someone else's ground.

it feels like nobody's ground, to be completely honest

i wonder if the club actually died, more than a little, when we moved out.

Not meaning to piss on anyone's parade, but why would Paisley need a theatre/cinema?

Where would the demand come from with numerous theatre and cinema complexes within 10 miles of Paisley cross?

How about WITHIN 10 miles of Paisley Cross which is where Paisley is and why it's a good idea. We've all had enough of 'attractions' outwith the town, sucking the life out the place haven't we ?

flatten the piazza, reopen the river and rebuild the old prison.

could have a pop up cinema in the summer months on the new banks.

Would love to see the Piazza gone, a grand theatre built on the sight of the old gaol too!

All the current Piazza tenants should then be given the empty High St premises for a reasonable rent... regenerate the centre of our once thriving wee town.

While I'm acting town planner, let's bulldoze the new stadium, use the space as an airport car park, and rebuild Love St, replete with covered terracing on the Northbank, the roof being that inverted V shape that naturally increased the volume of the crowd, and of course painted in black and white stripes.

Piazza flattening sounds good to me- a garden city development along the banks of the cart from the Hammils to the bridge behind the sneddon and the high street reverted to good quality social and private housing with certain decrepit buildings removed and replaced with open space and street art/furniture.

the UK high street aint coming back soon and the only way it will ever happen is if city centres become a bit more picturesque and attractive

we do desperately need a major employer to move their headquarters to a location near the town centre to drive some momentum. they really should have done something to try and snare scottish power who are building in a pointless location next to the M8. a new development on Laighcartside would have been ideal for them

somebody somewhere is planning a new city headquarters building just now, we only need to get one of them to Paisley and we are rocking
