The fact is that our youth system has failed to deliver over the past decade. You can't keep asking managers to wheel and deal in the market when the youth system doesn't deliver players who are good enough. To then promote the guy who headed up a decade of failure into the assistant manager's job was just a joke. Relegation is what we deserve. And it won't stop there. Teale & Longwell will still be in charge next season. The first team will continue to get even worse and the youth system will continue to fail. We need en entire sweep out at this club. Appoints untried player/coach and head of youth. You almost wouldn't believe our board are St Mirren fans. That reads like a Morton fan bought the club to run us into the ground! I honestly thought when Danny went that the board had a plan to take us to the "next level", I just didn't imagine it being a level down. For guys who took the club from the brink of collapse to the Premier League, to feck things up the way they have this season is just bloody bewildering. They have destroyed their own legacy.
