whydowebother Posted January 19, 2016 Report Posted January 19, 2016 Not sure, but this was Number 6..........[attachment=29661:images- Loved that back in the day, the younger ones will have no idea. Was Jackie Copland not a number 6 back in the day ? Quote

TB1 Posted January 19, 2016 Report Posted January 19, 2016 Alan Gow played 55 mins before getting... INJURED! Quote
insaintee Posted January 19, 2016 Report Posted January 19, 2016 Alan Gow played 55 mins before getting... INJURED! Don't think he was injured, just shite. The boys played with a man down till he went off. Not their best performance but well worth a point may be should have had a win, but HOMs defended well. More worrying Morgan went off injured, hopefully just a knock Quote
buddiecat Posted January 19, 2016 Report Posted January 19, 2016 Alan Gow played 55 mins before getting... INJURED! Right - That's plenty, get him out the door now. Quote
insaintee Posted January 19, 2016 Report Posted January 19, 2016 The boy Ross Cameron looked good when he came on. Big strong lad playing upfront with a good touch and a trick or two. Gow looked worse than Fotheringham Quote

whydowebother Posted January 19, 2016 Report Posted January 19, 2016 Big Jackie was one of my favourites, as was the Prisoner. Those were the days.... *Sighs* We may not of realised at the time, but we were blessed with many great players back in the day.Imagine a Copland,Beckett,Weir,Scanlon,McGarvey,Fitzpatrick,Stark,Money,Thomson,Richardson,Abercromby, etc etc etc too many to name Our Academy will bare fruit in the next few years, but more likely developed and moved on. santaponsasaint Posted January 22, 2016 Report Posted January 22, 2016 (edited) Come on Saints fans if you have spare time on Sunday, get down to St.Mirren Park and support the u20s in the cup v Ross County kick off 2pm. It's free and boys will be buoyed if us Saints fans get out and support them. Our youth players are vital to the club so let's get behind them. COYS Edited January 23, 2016 by santaponsasaint Quote

windae cleaner Posted January 24, 2016 Report Posted January 24, 2016 We looked a weaker team today than the last time i saw them against Sevco Baird played in that game and where was Morgan who has been the most impressive player any time i have seen them McGarth as well missing today Quote

santaponsasaint Posted January 24, 2016 Report Posted January 24, 2016 Morgan was injured as well. Plus Darren Whyte limped off early in the first plus no McAllister so that was 5 players out. Lot of u 17s played and done really well. But the 1 thing you get from the young players is 110%. Quote

Being lined up for a start on Saturday is possible. Quote
