Guest TPAFKATS
Disappointed that McCrae isn't doing better given that he's our record scorer.

Was going to post exactly that , 222 goals some achievement and an embarrassment to us as St Mirren fans and the whole process if he doesn't get a street named after him . I actually think he actually paid a transfer fee for himself so St Mirren could survive during a difficult time.

I think the results are a bit disappointing... seems like if we run this in 20 years time a couple of the names wouldn't be there which says it all. Luther G. Presley
Steven McGarry is hardly a St Mirren legend to be honest so it will be quite disappointing if a Street is named after him ahead of other more deserving candidates. Whether you like it or not, George, the timing is such that this is what people want. 10 years ago, no, 10 years from now, probably no. Right now? It's what the majority want. shull
They should have left the naming to the people who are going to live in that new area of the Town. Probably have all the streets named after Sevco and Celtic players .
Seaside Nipper
It seems democracy isn't allowed if it doesn't happen to fit with some people. FFS lighten up, who really gives a feck? Just have another repeat vote/referendum/election until the cabal get what they want, that’s the new democracy
