I would persevere with both, whilst they wouldn't be in my ideal starting eleven, they do provide options off the bench. They are also young enough that they could possibly improve over next season. I think both players know they have to improve to ensure a further contract. 

McGinn is a level above McLean. Was also a level above him for St Mirren.

Privileged to watch this guy rise from being a wee bit in the stripes to Scotland stalwart and if not for Robertson, probable Captain.

I said back then, he was not just a successor to Brown in the Scotland midfield, but would have been an improvement and one to build our midfield around for years to come and a potential Captain.

I really dont see JDH as one of our best players. He started brightly but was a shaddow of the player for most of his time.  I am not fussed if he goes

This is the result of being safe last season and reaching two semi finals.
The cash that brought in and the fact it's raised our profile has, IMO, made these signings possible.

He praised both Jon and Eammon b saying that they came in to replace McAllister and Dennis and did exactly the same excellent job of harrying the Celtic defence as they did.

The ironic thing was that Stewart appeared back that summer after a successful loan spell at Alloa, looking like the only thing close to a sharp and capable striker that we had.

He was no world beater but it was just another show of shambolic judgement from Stubbs when you consider what came next in terms of his recruitment. 

Dennis is a fantastic player. Scored goals everywhere he's been. Had an unfortunate beginning to his time in the stripes due to injury/illness.

He is quick, clever and can strike a ball. His control and shot today for his goal showed us his true quality. That was in case you missed the way he set Flynn clear on Wednesday before he set himself up and pointed where he wanted the ball for the 5th goal. He also hooked the ball over his shoulder to set Connolly away for the 4th.

We have a real baller here and like all forwards thrives on confidence. Imo he now has this and will be a great asset for us.

Well done Goody and all the players - to a man they put in some shift today. I wasn’t sure on the line up but playing McAllister in that more central role was a master stroke. Only got the 60 mins out of him but he was class. 
We have Assembled best squad we have had in years and there is genuine competition for places.
Happy days just a pity the pubs are shut but will have a few scoops tonight 🐼⚽️

When I the line up I thought “Jim, WTF?” But he got it dead right. Tactics worked a treat, and every man on that team did what was asked of them. Special mention to Kyle McAllister Who really put in a shift against Soro,

What a save by Jak there right at the end , we have been very lucky in that our last two keepers have been very good.Jak has been first class this season.

Dennis was my MOM. Thought he was terrific today and covered all over the park.
