Buddie-Boy got a reaction from Paisleyporridge in If you could improve the stadium.
Move the TV gantry. This would re-introduce around 100 seats for St. Mirren supporters right on the half-way line.

When Saints won the league cup in 2013 the manager of the pub said over that weekend they took £30.000 in takings. Then a week later they owed us 50 quid didn't pay and said they didn't want the bus anymore as it never made money for them. Never been back in since and never will be. There not a Saints pub. There just a minging pub. Glad I don't drink anymore. So I don't need to go in to them. Coffee shops for me. Coys. -

Great 3 points today and a huge boost to the players and club. Might just be what we need to kick on. Take any result over performance in those conditions.
My big worry is up front as I just don't think Nazon and Dreyer are cutting it for me. Just don't look good enough. Dundee and Hamilton look to have done better business than us in this area do far. Hopefully both comes good with more game time but haven't been impressed by either so far.
Don't think McAliister looks anything special at this level but for me much more effective than Dreyer
Hladky & Popescu are the 2 best players at the club now. Real quality signings.

Buddie-Boy reacted to Callum Gilhooley in It’s not all bad .
I have been working in Northern Ireland this week . Today I was working North of Antrim up to Ballymoney ,at lunch time I dropped into a wee place called Bellaghy for a bite to eat . The guy serving me , hearing the accent enquired where I was from , when I said Paisley , next question was which team ... as usual ! When I said Saints, he looked surprised. “pop your head into that office over there and tell them who you support “
Turns out the guy in the office is an organiser for the Belfast youth football group who visited us a couple of weeks back , he was singing the clubs praises , said the youngsters were given the whole package and treated like kings . Particularly singled out TF for praise saying he had the young uns captivated with his stories and enthusiasm. The lads have asked if they can wear .St.Mirren strips next season !!
At times it is easy to become disillusioned with our club and sometimes things seem bleak , but it’s good to remind ourselves we can occasionally do things right
Well done to all involved.

Gordon Scott has made an absolute laughing stock of the club today with that statement.
I'd love to know what the f**k he expects it to achieve.
We are getting lambasted from all angles on social media due to his personal vendetta against one section of our support.
If an incident happened and the law was broken let the police deal with it like every normal person. Wading in due to his own personal grievances has just embarrassed our club on a nationwide scale

Buddie-Boy reacted to Hendo in Merged: All The Oran Kearney Threads
Thirteen cup finals left with two of our three most difficult games coming up next.
After that, the criminals at home, Killie at home, St J away and Dundee at home should all be opportunities to get points, but I reckon we probably need at least seven points by then to still be in touching distance.
Accies in particular have a pretty difficult run of fixtures coming up.
Far too early to be writing our obituary, but the only way we'll stay up is through hard work. Double training sessions, set piece drills, tracking runners and winning second balls should be drummed into the players. From what I have seen the current crop have the ability, but need to be organised and win battles on the pitch.
Over to you Oran.

I have been in every St Mirren's managers camp until the BOD sacked them. I have never wanted my team to lose and we are one result from turning this around. So i will support probably longer than GLS/ SG has. The problem is not OK bar Jack the problem is the way the club runs itself. So in my opinion GLS TF and crew take a long look in the mirror. The fans have invested in this club either act like you understand how to run a club or step down. Fed up hearing we should be top six shit.

BOD had the chance to appoint Jim McIntrye twice to this job. He would have taken it. Already doing the business at Dundee and I reckon will push on similar to his time at Ross County. BOD getting what they deserve.

I'm not complaining - just wondering why all these loans are going through to smaller division clubs. There was Breadner to Stenhousemuir as well a few days ago.

No he didn't. He only won one game. And had we not won 3 games on penalties, Dumbarton would have finished above us.
edit - I think I'm wrong there!!

Buddie-Boy reacted to Kemp in St Mirren v Motherwell 6th Feb 2019
For players to be standing about in the final minutes of the game with no idea of who to pass the ball to is completely unacceptable.
Motherwell were pacy and played with purpose. We were the complete opposite. "Give the ball to Anton and everyone stand still" surely wasn't the gameplan?
I hate to say it, but it is really starting to look like a coaching problem rather than a player issue. The players simply don't know what the should be doing with the ball.
Kearney doesn't get to keep his job at the end of the season just by default. A time of stability would be nice but if a team of full-time footballers can't be organised to having some idea of where to stand and where to move the ball to then we need to ask questions of what is going on at the training ground.
Are these guys still showing up for work three hours per day, four times a week? Get them in full-time working on their f**king shape as a team until they stop f**king shaming the club with these performances.
I'm expecting massive improvements in the month ahead.
