DannyLemon
I really cant see how the current management could possibly navigate a play off successfully. We'd be on a terrible losing streak, no confidence and be in a shambles, playing against a team who will be flying high

Or maybe we could ditch loanees and sign proper St Mirren players on proper contracts who have hearts as big as Shuggie Murray or Kirk Broadfoot.
Kendo
There shouldn't be any protest against the manager, it's totally undignified and he deserves better. He needs to go but this will be decided by the board internally. This thread should be shut down.
Eminems Old Dear
need to get behind the team, rather than silly gay protests, can't see us winning next week though, we are now in real dog dirt

davidg
It's bad yes, but some folk need to chill out a bit. My biggest concern tonight is the fact I've ran out of Peroni, need to settle for Miller and Sol that someone left in my fridge.

Lex
I can think of a million and one things I'd rather do than stand outside a stadium 'protesting' on a Saturday night. Each to their own I guess.

pozbaird
If the Buddie Good Food van stays open to serve square sausage 'n' tattie scone doublers, I might reconsider and hang about for a spot of pitchfork carrying and intense protest... Lavety and Vanzy on the HoF boards NOW! ENOUGH! 10 MONTHS FFS!
FS
We're still only an achievable amount of points away from top six or avoiding the play off position (depending on how shitty your knickers are). Sacking the manager now will get us nothing this late in the season. What will make a difference now is for the team to roll up their f*cking sleeves and get their hands dirty. A bit of spirit like Partick and Ross County are showing currently will do us nicely.

Flareybob
I remember a similar protest against David Hay after the fake Saints defeated us 5-1 at home, unfortunately it didn't get him sacked.

I'm concerned about how much desire so many loanees and guys only here until the end of the season have to 'roll up the sleeves'. Names like Murray and Broadfoot have been mentioned as the types who stood up to be counted in the past when the going got tough. So did guys like Mehmet and Vanzy, or how good was Jack Ross at Falkirk Stadium? I genuinely have a concern about the heart of our current first team squad, and the make up of it in regard to properly contracted to the club players.

Ayrshire Saints
Flying high ? You clearly don't follow the Championship too closely do you? Teams in that league can barely string 2 or 3 wins together. Yes we are shite, yes this is a scunnering run and yes DL will be gone after the last game but I am 100% certain we will beat any team fm that league in a 2 leg play off 2nd leg at home

Ayrshire Saints
Quite right sir. Im out of Staropramen and done a bottle of red with the wife but everyone needs to get this into perspective. How many on here honestly in their heart of hearts believe we will go down. This run is awful and DL can go anytime he likes but we WILL survive this. Managers are for Christmas Saints are for life.
