In terms of Talent.. Thomas Stickroth. In terms of goals Gunni Torfason. In terms of presence Viktor. The poorest. A few from the short reign of Alan Stubbs perhaps. But Mo Camera was the most dissapointibg.

Thank you for your comment. I don't think you manage to get to very many matches from Leeds. Suggestion... Why not start a thread?

You don't think he was talented?

Never said that.

He had talent.

As did David Elliot.

Both were shite St Mirren players.

Ricky Gillies also, who had immense talent but was a major letdown at St Mirren.

That’s correct. United were also all Scottish. The goals were also the last time square wooden posts were used at Hampden I believe.

And it was the last time I bought a pint.

It was 1959 prices and yes, I did wait for the happy hour.

He was the most expensive signing we ever made at £400,000 and most people can only remember the cross he made to Guni at Parkhead.

His burd was a looker mind you.

That cross was textbook stuff.

I knew David Elliot. Decent guy but just didn't do it at Saints. So yes.. Very dissapointing.

And at Aberdeen.

Best - Jens Paeslack

Worst - Jens Paeslack

Think that's correct.  Aberdeen I believe were the last team to win a European trophy with players all from the same country.

I think that accolade belongs to Steaua Bucharest, 1986 European cup..

Best, Vaclav Hladky

Worst, Far too many to mention.

Loved Billy Mehmet. Not a prolific scorer but scored some important goals. Michael Higdon did well for us as well. Ludo was outstanding for us in our promotion year.

Worst- Maikel Renfurm… Whit a disappointment

Best was either Victor or Gunni.

Worst was Paeslack or Mousa Dagnogo

Paeslack couldn’t be considered the worst. At least he scored a couple of goals.
Also didn’t Dagnogo only make a couple of trialist apoearances? He didn’t actually sign for us did he?
Its Renfurm or Wreh all the way for me.

Oh I am not disputing that at all my chainsaw wielding friend. Merely that by the very fact that he did actually find the net a couple of times, he couldn’t be considered the worst. 👍
