Does David Nicol use BAWA to communicate with fans?
Has he previously used it to garner support for himself to be elected to a position?
Is there an electronic means of communication available to reach David other than on here?
Is BAWA for Smisa members only or can any fan use it?
Is this an issue for Suggestion and the club to deal with, themselves?
Why should an anonymous "user name" on here have any contribution or influence on the discussion David may be having?
    Are you a troll?

    Thanks Div, and yer Mods.
Since setting up house with wee Herbie and being bullied into "following" St Mirren, i've become a bit of a regular on here.
Got to say i love it, love being part of it and love the nonsense that comes with it, even if i have been guilty of letting the forum wind up merchant get under my skin, on the odd occasion. you know who you are.
anyways, keep up the good work, its much appreciated, by this Jag.

Apologies if I've missed an already running thread. I went into town on Friday armed with a map of the lions locations, and walked around town photographing the lions and taking the time to circle them looking for a good angle, a good background, a good composition. There were tons of families all armed with the location map, going around, taking pics of their kids sitting on the lions... and spending time and money in Paisley.
I got round about fourteen of them, walked for ages around town and spent money on breakfast, lunch, and it was great. There are many smaller lions in businesses around town, and there is a game being played for the kids to spot them all?
Unfortunately, the lion supposed to be in St Mirren Park is being painted with a 'King of Trainers' logo and won't be available until late August.
On a more serious note, if you haven't done it yet, get into Paisley on a nice dry sunny day, and go around spotting them. Take the time to look past the pound shops. Read the plinths on the lions, take time to appreciate the good things that ARE in Paisley.
I reckon these 'pride' lions are a great idea and are proving very popular, especially with the youngsters.

He is a decent left sided centre half
Not so as a left back as he looked awkward against wee fast wide men
He was a decent goal threat as well
He will play better in a bigger standard of league where teams play fitba
The rough and tumble of the championship not suited to his game

Tony is from Paisley but now lives in Canada. I first met him in the eighties when if l remember rightly he was pursuing a classical route but next thing l knew he was picking trad scots, Irish and Cajun tunes. Amazing guitarist and had a lot of success worldwide. Used to play sessions with him and a few others. He still tours here. Check him out on YouTube, especially where he explains how he plays some of his tunes. Really nice guy

Good advice , big man . Russ Andrews TipTonic http://www.techradar.com/reviews/audio-visual/hi-fi-and-audio/hi-fi-accessories/russ-andrews-tip-tonic-674181/review is a great product for the stylus also but I think we might have overloaded our resident Jagster now. .

Used to top the recommended weekly amount on a daily basis. It's very easy to stop in at the off licence when you get off the bus and get 8 cans for 6 quid every night, especially when you love the taste!
It's even easier to have a bottle of wine and open up another.
Thankfully I knocked it on the head about 4 years ago. Becoming a parent can do that to a person!
Since then I've not drank stronger than a lager shandy and that's only if I'm out at the football or a gig. So probably 4 pints of lager shandy, once a fortnight, maximum.
    Feel bloody great, for it!
I'd never preach to anyone who likes a swally, but when sober, there is literally nothing worse, than having a conversation with someone who's drunk... Or having the same conversation 4 times in an hour!!!

I've recently bought a new turntable and was curious as to where everyone is buying their vinyl these days.
HMV Braehead and Apollo are quite expensive for new records, though Apollo are not too bad for second hand. Is there any specific charity shops that stand out as regularly having a good haul?
When is Record Factory (I think it's called) up the west end ever open?
So far in the last couple of weeks I've bought:
Michael Head & The Strands: Magical World of.
    Bad Company: Burning Sky.
The War On Drugs: Lost In The Dream
    Pixies: Doolittle
    Neil Young: Harvest
A couple of Rolling Stone RSD releases.

The last vinyl album I bought was probably U2s 'The Unforgettable Fire'... On its original release. The last music I bought was yesterday in Braehead, the re-mastered CD of Marvin Gaye's 'What's Going On'. The last music I downloaded were tracks by Swiss Lips, Nothing But Thieves, X Ambassadors, Joy Formidable, The Colourist, and Sean McConnell.
I just can't see me ever going back to vinyl. I have boxes of vinyl up in the loft, must try to punt them or just give them to a charity shop.

You do know the old firm sing songs celebrating murdering people because of their religious beliefs and such like. Not much of a comparison, there!

Would have loved to make the game, but as it was kicking off, I was leaving the RAH with my girls.
Yet again, can't say a bad word about the staff at the maternity ward at the RAH. They are outstanding.
Rebecca's fast asleep whilst I've got Michael Head & The Strands on in the background. Jane's crashed on the couch and Emma's up in her bed. Life's pretty bloody good!
And as for who my girls support? I'll leave that to them to decide. Red n yellow or black n white, I'll support their choice.
But one things for sure, there will be no green or blue in this house!
