He should be getting hooked at half-time as he's a stick on to be red carded. I'm cringing every time I hear his name mentioned just now.

He's playing well though. Just a silly late challenge that gave the ref no choice. Other than that he has done everything you'd want him to do.

Good start to the season so far against the 2nd best team last term.

All that has been missing is the final shot/goal.

Highlights...Plummer assured and very tidy on the ball, Tess solid and slotted in as though he never left, McGinn simply amazing and pace up front (have to apologise not sure which of the new signings it is) allowing the option of incisive passing especially through the middle or as a through ball down the channel.

Just need the goal now.

Agree re Tess and Plummer.

Cheesy also looks to have bulked up a bit.

Special mention to McLean... some of his passing for Wylde and Marwood to run onto has been just sublime!
