Saintgaz
Dear Season Ticket Holder St Mirren V Rangers, Saturday 20th April 2016 Due to the unprecedented demand for ticket requests from Rangers Football Club for the last game of the season on 30th April at Paisley 2021 Stadium, we have decided after careful consideration and consultation with Police Scotland, to allocate Rangers fans full access to the South Stand. In order to accommodate this decision we would like to ask all our season ticket holders within the South Stand to contact the Ticket Office, where we will allocate you an alternative seat for the game. Requests for alternative seating must be made to the Ticket Office staff by 20th April 2016. We appreciate that this may cause some inconvenience but would appreciate your co-operation and we thank you for your continued support. Yours sincerely The Board St Mirren Football Club
Frank McGarvey' wonky legs
That's the touch paper lit then. Meltdown ahead
dastardly77
Both stands behind the goals to be crammed full of ****? Might as well not turn up, it's a money making exercise and not a sporting event.
shull
Do you mean The Sevco FC 2012 ? The other mob are deceased.
shull
Why the big demand ? Should be a non story. League will have been won long before that. We are a Family Club, so we will not be closing the Family Stand to accomodate sectarian bigots.
mirrensaint
No effing chance we could be in play offs decider our selves, personally I would just give sevco 1500 tickets only.we are skint anyway so selling out to them is a disgrace. Saintgaz
Piss poor really also it's the family stand a lot of young fans there and generally very little swearing. Are they going to provide a similar section elsewhere? And are we just going to get stuck far end of West stand ?
HSS
Why not give them the whole f'kin stadium.
shull
Same arrangement as last Saturday. Give Bigots end section of West Bank. Home fans only in North Stand via " Bring a Buddie " and free tickets for Renfrewshire's weans.
Edinbuddie
Maybe 'The Board' would like to sit in the West Stand and experience what it's like to have your club's ground taken over by some of the most vile individuals you'll never want to meet? Openly flouting every stadium rule they can, while we'll be stewarded and policed in a far stricter way. Money rules though, and anyone with the slightest idea that fans actually matter, other than as a steady revenue stream, must be deluded. Stu
They can have the full stadium if they want on April 20th. We don't play them until April 30th.
munoz
Does this mean that they won't be given any allocation in the west stand ?
Debaser
Can we not just play it at Ibrox and get 50% of the gate or would even our board view this as a step too far. Is Phil being told when to play Penny Arcade or Simply the Best to accommodate the 'unprecedented demand' for it? This decision is a joke. faraway saint
They can have the full stadium if they want on April 20th. We don't play them until April 30th. The fact two dates are on an official club release confirms we are a diddy club run by amateurs. Can no one read/check these before they are released to stop the club looking like Muppets? Think they will refund the ticket price to fans that don't want to move

Surely the 20th is only the cut off date for guaranteeing a seat elsewhere on the 30th if you are an season ticket holder affected?
linwood bud
Give them the stand, charge £40 a ticket to them and £5 for us, make plenty from them, put it towards next seasons budget
Tam M
Will they get the Club Shop as well? F'king joke of a club. I'm done. Away games only for me until Gilmour and his crew GTF.
shull
Since we are on April 1st theme. Let's do the same as the Partick Cup Tie. Mixed zones with no segregation. Party time.
Drew
Just checking my calendar, but no, still over two weeks until 1st April. What is there left to say? This club is an embarrassment, giving over its family stand to the most objectionable and offensive away support in the country. ETA - thank f**k I gave up my ST years ago. linwood buddie
This is my last season as a ST holder anyway ,but just glad my tickets aren't in the South stand this would really wind me up. Between turning our stadium into a mini Shellick Park or being treated as second class by this BOD it makes you cringe

Drew
St Mirren supporters should boycott this match in protest. It'll be meaningless anyway.
