It's not the manager.  It's the players.  The board passed decision-making power to the players when they sacked Stubbs.

Nonsense, its a squad of experienced players, some of them with a good level of ability. They should be able to be competitive. Certainly been 10th and 12th is where we will finish in the table, but we should not be sunk by half time as keeps happening.

What does experience have to do with it? It’s ability we’re sadly lacking in and that’s what counts.

The holdovers from last year we’re always going to struggle at this level unless we put better players around them. We didn’t.

Instead we signed a lot of shite that simply wasn’t good enough and that’s where we are.

Defensively we’re shocking, the midfield is as slow as a week in the jail and there are no goals in the team. How do you reckon we should be competitive with that combo?
