whydowebother
Very proud of the team , desire , passion , will , commitment. Defeat when the team plays well is easier to take. Pride restored.
Kendo
At least we have a Manager that tries to win the game No more 4-6-
pozbaird
At least we have a Manager that tries to win the gameNo more 4-6-0 Good point. Scotland tried to take the game to them and were positive. I thought we played very well.
saintnextlifetime
Very proud of the team , desire , passion , will , commitment. Defeat when the team plays well is easier to take. Pride restored. I would agree. We played well but we were dominated for long periods , particularly in the first half . I thought we upped the pace in the second half but there were some cynical fouls from England players when we opened them up. . All in all , we took our chances when they came and were unfortunate to lose a goal when we were down to 10 men. .
GlenburnSaint
Good post match interview from strachan. Much better with the media than levein. I think good times could be ahead. insaintee
At least we have a Manager that tries to win the game No more 4-6-0 You liked 4-6-0. saint in exile
Very creditable performance all things considered. Look at the diffence between the 'pedigrees' of both teams - Scotland mostly journeymen, Engerlund mostly highly paid superstars. Could have got the win with a bit of luck. WirralSaint
Have to say I've not welcomed Kenny Miller's last few inclusions because I think we should be looking to the future but fair play to him he had a tremendous game tonight and scored a brilliant goal. Guest TPAFKATS
A lot of positives including Hanley, & Snodgrass. I thought Brown (apart from losing his man at last goal) had his best game for a long time. Keeper back on form, Hutton played well. Morrison who I've been critical of previously was good. Whitaker is still a nightmare though & Conway managed to come on as a sub and look slower than those he was meant to be helping!
