uhura
If you were to judge a guy purely on the basis of his ability as a football manager, who do you think is better; Mark McGhee or Danny Lennon?
TediousTom
FFS There is a speculation thread in the rumour mill section of this fine forum. Please post your speculative thoughts in the relevant speculation thread. Otherwise the forum will be swamped with random threads. Post wiser! Guest TPAFKATS
Has McGhee ever won a national trophy as a manager?
Lanarkshire_Bud
McGhee; a good season at Motherwell, abject failure at Aberdeen, journeyman down in England. Lennon; outstanding job at Cowdenbeath, guided St.Mirren to a sensational cup win. Danny Lennon hands down.
saintargyll
Example... McGhee last night "Celtic can still win this even with a man down,if they push their wing backs further forward" Barca score "well you have to blame the sending off for this" McGhee....fvckwit !! oaksoft
If you were to judge a guy purely on the basis of his ability as a football manager, who do you think is better; Mark McGhee or Danny Lennon? Danny Lennon is one of the best and most successful managers we've ever had. Just because your buns are not being buttered each week with an easy win at the moment doesn't mean he should be continually undermined. Monday looked like the start of the players realising how to pull a performance together so this sort of thread at this particular moment is bollox. What an utter bollocks of a thread. Uhura, energise yourself.

pod
If you were to judge a guy purely on the basis of his ability as a football manager, who do you think is better; Mark McGhee or Danny Lennon? Why, of all the managers up and down the country, you earmark McGhee for a comparison.
Drew
Why, of all the managers up and down the country, you earmark McGhee for a comparison. The only possible explanation is that he IS Mark McGhee.
madbuddie
Stand by Danny he is much better than McGhee in a shorter managerial career. Mchee is a halfwit who guided a good Aberdeen side to a 8-1 gubbing of Celtic

Desnold
Also, I may have misheard him but I thought he said that Celtic need to get more 'agricultural' at this free kick! Would that be to dig in, plant themselves, graze the opposition or just plough into them like the cart horses they are?
