Credit to the team today after, what has been, a tough spell. Shown a lot of character to get a winning return when we could easily have started to lose confidence. Especially having lost to late goals in two of our recent away defeats.
credit also to the fans who continue to turn out in numbers.
well done and deserved today 👍🏻

Another hard working performance from Saints this afternoon resulting in another well deserved three points.

I felt Ross County could have played till midnight and still not score.  Yan Dhanda was off the boil for them this afternoon which went in our favour.  When he's on his game, he's a real talent.

Onwards and upwards.

Elvis will be enjoying his Saturday evening after our beloved Stars in Stripes got back to winning ways again this afternoon.

Watched it in Benidorm more than happy and it's hot hot here so never got soaked lol

Observations from today….

Henming - flapped at a couple of corners but was generally solid and pulled off a cracking save at a time when going 2-1 would’ve made for a very nervy end to the game.

Small - massive improvement on McMenamin at RWB.

Tanser - not his best day by his high standards this season, but still decent.

CBs - Hmmmm, still some very ropey moments (especially Taylor) but a clean sheet means that they can’t have been that bad.

Midfield - Much better all round. Especially after Baccus came on.

Ayunga and Nahmani a triumph up front. With better finishing they could’ve had a least 5 goals between them, but genuine signs of a proper partnership and I’m sure goals will come. Was delighted with Nahmani and just wish he could’ve got a goal.

First half again a bit lazy. But some good play at times. 2nd half brilliant fa's, hard working should half win by more. Nahmani made a huge difference. His running in behind was superb. Ayunga 2nd half performance is what we want from him week in week out. Great 3 points. Another Ref who was woefully bad. Just another one on the SFA conveyor belt. Coys

While the 'new faces' - Nahmani and Small - freshened things up, a few of the 'old regulars' played their part, especially Kiltie, Gogic and Tanser.

And 'the' save from Hemming could qualify for save of the season.

A special word for Nahmani - he looks as if he could be a quality signing, but too soon to say, as he has been given so little opportunity so far.

Also, Alec Greive did not even come on as a sub, but he too, I'm sure, will prove his worth in the longer term.
