W6er Posted September 22, 2022 Report Posted September 22, 2022 Tempted to go to this one. I don't like giving the Old Firm my money, but it's closer to me than a home game, and I have a lot of Rangers supporting f(r)iends, as well as 3 season ticket holding neighbours. Plus, if we play like we did on Sunday, then we could get a result. Quote
antrin Posted September 23, 2022 Report Posted September 23, 2022 Fyi don’t see it mentioned on the thread…. And probably you're all well aware of the early. K.O. Isn't this for the game in November or am I getting the October and November game confused as surely we don't stop in October for the world Cup? Just seen somebody has raised the same point pal. Wooden Saint Posted September 23, 2022 Report Posted September 23, 2022 I think wee have a wee chance to win this game and it's been a long time since I thought that. Beating both the old firm in succession would really put us on the map. Quote

(I know a troll who’d leap at the chance!) just thought a heads-up may not go amiss, if people were booking early and flying from Jersey or London for a bigotfest… Edited September 23, 2022 by antrin Quote
TPAFKA Jersey 2 Posted October 1, 2022 Report Posted October 1, 2022 Big weekend next weekend. All the teams who can overtake us (Hibs, Aberdeen, Livi and Hearts all have very winnable games while we’re away to Rangers. To make matters worse we’ll be without Ayunga and possibly Strain, Main and Brophy. Big challenge for us. Bring it on though. Quote
faraway saint Posted October 2, 2022 Report Posted October 2, 2022 It's rarely I would suggest we are worth a wee flutter, I try to keep emotion out of my bets, so THIS is worth a WEE flutter. Quote

Jeezo, there must have been some serious money on Rangers as we've drifted out to 12's. Quote

I understand the optimism given recent events but unfortunately, I fear we're going to be a bit decimated in terms of the squad this week. Ayunga suspended. Strain almost certainly out. Tait, Main, Brophy all probable (but hopefully not) fitness worries. Quote

I'm not getting too excited mate, wouldn't, and won't, be putting my house on us, I've went for the draw. Rangers are not firing on all cylinders either, while I acknowledge the resources they have at their disposal. Quote

Jockmd Posted October 3, 2022 Report Posted October 3, 2022 With the potential withdrawal of a few of our regular players, I would like to see our manager give Jay Henderson the opportunity of playing, not in his wing position, but in a centre forward one. Jay I believe is the best at shooting at goal in our squad. Quote
Scott-Leeds Posted October 3, 2022 Report Posted October 3, 2022 I’m not going to hazard a guess Just hope for a good performance and whatever we get is fair enough Despite it always being the case , I don’t like the ‘our season will never be defined by playing one of these two’ attitude Sod that, go and have a go.
