stevenw05
Gutted stayed not far from me and we always had a blether about the Buddies every time we met. A true Gent and a sad loss for the Boy and Grandkids. A nice win on Saturday is in order for the kilted 1. R.I.P John

E=Mc2
My kilt only sees the light of day two times a year when I sit on top tables like a trussed up oven ready turkey. I never had the pleasure of ever having met John but he did bring a smile to my face each time I was lucky enough to see him at a game. This Saturday I will wear my kilt in John's memory, and in support of those who knew John.
saintnextlifetime
I only found out about the passing of Kilted Buddie (Paisley's Number One Kilt Wearer) via the other thread . I just passed the news onto my son who said that he remembers John from the first Saint Mirren game I took him to . His presence will be missed . pozbaird
When I go to games I always think 'car keys, season ticket, wallet, phone... Check'. I always imagined he'd be thinking 'car keys, season ticket, wallet, phone, sporran, wee panda toy.... Check.' Will wear my St Mirren tartan scarf on Saturday.
