The squad is fine for me but it's becoming pretty clear Murray's out his depth. Chopping and changing the team and system almost every week and making increasingly bizarre subs. Gallagher off when we're going for the win at home? McGraith on last week? We have no discernible game plan, we're just an unorganised and poorly motivated shambles to be honest, and that's the managers fault. I'm not saying he should be sacked now of course, that would be lunacy. However, if he wants to be here on Christmas Day he needs a huge improvement in results and quickly. Bar from the QOTS game I've not seen anything from us or him all season to make me think he has what it takes to make that big turnaround. The peg is shoogling. Late goals conceded all the time, it's a f**king shambles.
