djchapsticks
So can we finally put this nonsense to bed that this season is going to be as big a struggle as last season? At the absolute worst, we'll struggle for consistency but we're not going to trouble the wrong end of the league. Not a chance.
Julian Banjos
Here's when we managed to get to 6 points last season (December 6th and Stevie Mallan's last minute winner in Dumfries)........ Hendo
Well done Saints, thought this would be really tough, when we went down to 10 I'd have happily taken a point, so great result to get all 3.

zurich_allan
We have to appeal based on what those photos show. Maybe not even a foul let alone a red!!

Think Scottish referees are going all out for the record in terms of red cards that get overturned on appeal this season, already. When was the last time that happened?! Superb stuff! 2011 was the last time we'd clocked up two league wins before the end of August - Aberdeen at home and Hibs away. We now have more points than we've managed from the last four Augusts combined! Outstanding result for a number of reasons - the 10 men, Livvy's unbeaten run, puts last week's disaster. Keep it up please

norman
Great result, huge three points. Ross keeps showing us what an excellent manager he is, we are very lucky to have him. Huge test next week against United, but take something from that and it must be the best August we've had for at least 10 years.
faraway saint
A great result, especially in the circumstances. Plenty would have taken a point before the game, more so after going down to ten men. Great 3 points, 2 good wins from 3 and a great confidence boost before next weeks match with Dundee United. No reason we can't win this one as we're scoring goals.
