Kyle out for two to three month. Anyone heard anything of S McGinn & Baird?

Baird 1 month not sure about McGinn.

Edited to say, time for others to step up to the plate.

Eckersley - should be due back in a couple of weeks
Heaton?
MacKenzie - 2019?
Cooke?
Danny Rogers?
plus Baird, Stephen McGinn and Magennis

Cooke played reserve game on Monday i’m sure.
If Heaton’s recovery has went ok he should be back by second or third week of October.
We never got any confirmation of timescale for Mack and Rogers.

Apparently the injuries are not as bad as first thought and both Baird and McGinn could both start.

Maybe the new gaffer likes to keep his cards close to his chest . What about Brock-Madsen at centre half if big Jack can't make it ?

Any update on G Mac & Eckersley??

G Mac long-term with no set timescale, probably into next year. Eck, back in training, could be back in a few weeks.

Magennis might be back earlier than first thought. Sooner rather than later.

Eckersley training on grass, but not on 3G. Building up fitness levels.

Hammill out for a month. No operation required.

From OK in today's/yesterday's PDE.

Can’t believe that OK hasn’t played Mac and Eck yet.

Disgrace.

Maybe OK is waiting to judge them until after they are fit and has seen them play - unlike Alan Stubbs who told them after a few days at La Manga and before we played Bolton in a glamour-friendly they would not be getting a regular game. Still not to worry he had signed Hayden 'Adam Who?' Coulson by then and Cole Kpekawa and Josh Heaton to improve upon the option of Gary MacKenzie at centre-half (and would go on to add 'highly rated' Alfie Jones to the mix). At least Gary Mac and Eckersley made it to La Manga, Reilly was going to be easily replaced by Anthony Stokes and / or Adam Rooney, still not to worry, Stubbs did get the deal for Cody Cooke over the line.

My issue with Stubbs treatment of last year's squad was that it was always likely to ruin the good morale and unity which existed under Jack Ross, and having done that he added insult to injury by signing replacements who were worse than the players he binned (forgot to mention Brock-Madsen - still to have a shot at goal after 2 months).

Really, I must have imagined the two saves Lewis had from him in Aberdeen during the league cup tie

Who from last years first team did Stubbs get rid of?

clue: the answer is less than one.
