davidg
Yeah that's been a perfect storm. I believe we can recall him next month, which may help matters. His loan deal expires next month. After Osbourne signed he was one of 3 demoted back to the under 20's squad, Declan asked to go out on loan to get games instead of playing under 20's. davidg
Ah, cheers for clearing it up. I'm with you though. I don't think they handled the boys situations too well. I would liked to have seen Declan involved more with the first team and get a chance.

It's a shame, was looking forward to seeing him feature especially with only having a contract until Jan.
Kendo
Find it a bit strange that we shipped Declan Hughes out to Cowdenbeath when Craig said he was one from the youth team that might get a few games this season. Also really annoying knowing that we sent him out on loan whilst we're playing Reilly and Drury as centre mids fs. Does anyone know if he is doing well at Cowdenbeath? davidg
Does anyone know if he is doing well at Cowdenbeath?Only trains there a coupe of times a week, trains with Sainst rest if week. Played a few games then got a bad injury against Sevco. Was doing well and Jimmy Nicol is a fan of his. Scored for them a few weeks ago in Scottish Cup, sent off (2 bookings) in a reserve game, started against Rangers and the papers said he played well and prior to coming off injured. Edit to add- Don't think he'll be the next manager of St Mirren though.... Edited November 12, 2014 by davidg

Flareybob
A source currently involved with a SPL team tells me that if Tommy Craig leaves St Mirren then Stephen Frail will be applying for the postion of St Mirren manager. Stevie88
The club needs a lift if tommy as sacked or resigned we will win on Saturday IMO!
TopCat
If it is anyone I would put my money on Thommo I doubt the bookies would even offer odds on that, if they did that is almost buying money. The only way he won't get it is if he turns it down.

TopCat
Sorry guys Ricky Sbragia is the name I'm hearing, not thommo Guessing he was the big name ex EPL manager that was interested in the summer? Again, to suggest the BOD are going to dip into their own pockets to fire TC then dip into them again to fund another wage... Nope. Should know our BOD better than that! leolovesstmfc
MANAGER OPTIONS Steven Thompson Barry Smith Ian Murray Danny Lennon Stuart McCall Billy Stark Ricky Sbragai I would take any of these manager's over Tommy Craig! I can only see the board going for Steven Thompson cause he is the cheapest option! As a fan I love Thomohawk but don't want him to go through McCoist syndrome.. Its all speculation because Tommy is our manager untill 5ish tomorrow!! Feels weird to say that as a fan I want them to win always! Thing is I can't see us winning against the fakes!! And only a win will do surely??
